Our experience at Swiss Chalet was great from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at the door and promptly seated. The delivery of our food was impressively fast. Speaking of which, we thoroughly enjoyed the food. The only downside was the limited parking, especially with several venues nearby. Nevertheless, the overall experience was excellent, and we look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended!

She took care of it immediately, made me feel so at ease and would not even take compensation for the mistake I made. What a gem of an employee you have. My family and I are reg customers for over 10 years, our favorite servers are Lynn and Sharon, we were so disappointed to hear they both lleft. We tried it tonight and we can say we won't come back, no one smiles, no one cares if our food was hot, no finger bowls were given out. Workers behind the bar on their phones is more important than customer service. We won't be back
My friends often frequent this location for dinner on Saturday nights due to the impeccable and friendly service we get from Sharon every time without fail. She typically has our orders memorized down to the drink order. She really makes the entire group feel right at home and I can’t think of another waitress ever, that consistently delivers amazing service the way she does. This location is lucky to have her.
We can always count on this Swiss Chalet location for friendly, prompt service and fresh, tasty food. Leela was an absolute superstar — attentive, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed. This spot has become a regular haunt for us, and we’ll definitely be back again soon!
I had the best experience I’ve ever had from start to finish thanks to my server Sharon!!! She was excellent and a definite reason to return!! The food came out fast, hot and fresh. We ordered chicken, ribs, a wrap and soup all of which were outstanding. Looking forward to the next visit where I can hopefully be served again by Sharon!!
